I'm hoping that they work with me to give me my $75 dollars back. So far it's been a pain in my backside. This company outsources to other vendors, who they are I have no idea so I can't reach them directly. I was locked out of my truck last night and "tried" this company, was redirected to a link to put all of my credit card information into. I did. But it never went through because it wouldn't stop buffering. Before it was through buffering I closed the entire page out. Well guess what? They charged my card $75 anyway, somehow. Now there's no one to contact to get my money back. I don't know if my money is simply "on hold" or permanently gone? If I get it back I will update this review and let you know that they're true to their word. If not then run and run away fast because it's a scam. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because if I don't recieve my money back then I won't be able to buy groceries and will be 100% completely broke. I'm disabled, a double amputee on dialysis and heart failure. This money was taken from my social security check/debit card. Trying to work with social security to recieve your money back is impossible. They make it so difficult that it's like they're trying to make you give up instead of continuing to fight for your own funds. I'll update what happens.
